  • On September 1st Storskogen Utveckling AB acquired a majority share in Tunga Lyft AB from previous owners. The company's turnover in 2014 amounted to approximately SEK 90 million.
Tunga Lyft serve a growing demand in the Swedish market of heavy lifting services in the infrastructure and construction sector.
CDI Global acted as Sell side advisor.

  • Skarpa acted as advisor and project manager to the seller Creovent.

On the 31st of August 2015, Evolver Investment Group acquired Creovent AB. Creovent was founded in 2001 and is one of the Stockholm region's leading providers of complete HVAC installations. 

With the addition of Creovent to Evolvers umbrella of installation companies, the combined turnover exceeds half a billion SEK.

  • Swedish market leader in dialer and outbound sales software, Loxysoft, has acquired the Norwegian software company Dolphin A/S. The new Loxysoft Group will deliver a wide range of products to customers worldwide.

Skarpa has been the exclusive buy-side financial advisor giving transactional support as well as managing the deal structuring.

The Skarpa transaction team consisted of Magnus Lövdén (Partner) and Erik Geijer (Analyst). Legal advice has been carried out by Malcolm Wiberg and Richard Perez at Lindahl Attorneys in Stockholm.
  • The market leader Apsis Group AB has signed an agreement for the acquisition and merger with ProspectEye AB, a provider of lead generation and marketing automation.

The combined company will with this merger consolidate its positions as the leading provider of email marketing and marketing automation in Scandinavia. Together Apsis and ProspectEye will have a 250 million SEK turnover in 2014. The transaction is expected to close in early January next year.

Apsis is owned by Norvestor V LP advised by the Norwegian venture capital company Norvestor Equity AS and of management and employees in Apsis and after completion of the merger also by senior executives and founders of ProspectEye.
ProspectEye was founded in 2007 and is an entrepreneurled business with a proven operational experience and a stable annual sales growth of approximately 70% over the past three years. The company already has over 400 customers using its proven lead management and leadgeneration software.
